1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SEILA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products and Pricing

SEILA curates products from third-party marketplaces including Shopee and Lazada. While we strive to display accurate product information and pricing, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be revoked at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including applicable shipping fees and taxes. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery, and installment plans.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SEILA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SEILA or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEILA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
