How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (available in select areas) takes 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking updates via email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact our support team immediately if you need help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, SEILA ships within Vietnam. We are working on expanding to other Southeast Asian countries. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when international shipping launches.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and installment plans through our banking partners. All online payments are encrypted and secure.
Is it safe to use my credit card on SEILA?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full card details. All payment processing is handled by certified PCI-compliant payment gateways.
How does the installment plan work?
Select installment at checkout for orders above 1,000,000 VND. Choose from 3, 6, or 12 month plans through our banking partners. You will need a valid credit card from a supported bank.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some categories (e.g., personal care items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to your order history, select the item you want to return, and click "Request Return." You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Drop off the package at any partner courier location.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Create Account" in the top menu. You can sign up with your email address or through Google. An account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and enjoy exclusive member deals.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
How do I update my account information?
Log in and go to Account > Profile. From there you can update your name, email, phone number, and shipping addresses. Changes take effect immediately.
