How to Return an Item

Request Return

Go to your order history and click "Request Return" on the item you wish to return. Select a reason and submit.

Receive Label

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Drop off the package at any partner courier location. Keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Common Questions

How long does a refund take to appear?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Who pays for return shipping?
SEILA covers return shipping costs for defective items, wrong items, or items damaged during delivery. For other returns, a prepaid label is still provided at no cost to you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photos of the damage. We will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
